Now that the Libertarian party has chosen Bob Barr to be its nominee for President, should he, Ralph Nadar and the Green party be allowed to participate in debates with the two major party candidates? Would it be fair? Would it be worthwhile? Or would it be a waste of time?

I’ve watched some of his speeches and read transcripts of others and the guy is funny. He could bring some humor to the debates or will watching Obama be funny enough?
If Barr is such a threat to McCain votes then they should allow Ralph Nader as well. Fair and balanced debate, isn’t that democracy, especially since this may be the most important election in recent memory.
