   Huh? Do you mean “should parents require licenses to be parents to their children?”

   Absolutely not. That is an outrageous and incredibly stupid suggestion. I’m not even going to bother explaining why.

   I know that expecting people to be licensed to have children is absurd. I also believe in less governemtn involvement, not more. However, I’m a therapist and I work with kids who are in placement because their home life is so terrible. After working with some of these kids and meeting their parents (usually at court hearings!), I definately understand the inclination to even ask such a question!!
