Would a public state university offer much scholarship money for participating in the debate team?

This is of course because I am an award winning debator in high school so i’m hoping that this could be like a sports scholarship.

Many schools offer speech and debate scholarships. My daughter is both speaker and debater and she will also be applying for these type of scholarships.
